Skill Development & Livelihood Training
Alongside physical infrastructure, we prioritize the development of human infrastructure by providing skill-based training and livelihood enhancement programs under key national and state-level missions. We are proud implementation partners for:
- Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC): Facilitating job-oriented training for the youth of Rajasthan in collaboration with industry partners. Focus areas include construction, IT, apparel, and manufacturing.
- Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM): Providing free, market-linked vocational training to the youth of Uttar Pradesh, promoting entrepreneurship and wage employment under NSQF-aligned curriculums.
- Madhya Pradesh Skill Development Mission (MPSSDM): Empowering young individuals with skills that meet the demands of local industries and service sectors through certified training modules and practical exposure.
- Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY): As a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), PMKVY enables us to deliver certified training programs across multiple trades with post-training placement assistance.
- Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY): Targeting the rural poor youth (ages 15–35), this scheme supports transformative training programs with a focus on long-term employment in high-growth sectors, both in India and abroad.
